A: Yes, vacuuming will help to ensure you have removed the finer dust particles sitting on the top layer of your carpet surfaces. If you have pet’s than vacuuming will help to remove hair and dander from the top layer of the carpet.
Q: Do you move furniture?
A: We do not move furniture because we do not want to be liable for damages that may be caused to the furniture. If you want areas cleaned that have furniture resting on them please move these pieces of furniture before the technician arrives.
Q: Should I move anything?
A: Yes, please move all furniture if you want the area underneath cleaned. Also, you should remove all knick knacks and breakable items.
Q: How long will it typically take for my carpet or furniture to dry?
A: Our dry times typically range from 4 to 10 hours. Dry times can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity, and airflow.
Q: How long before I can walk on the carpet after it has been cleaned?
A: You can walk on your carpet immediately but it is recommended that you limit traffic until the carpet is completely dry.
Q: Will your cleaning services help my allergies?
A: Yes. Having your carpet or furniture cleaned helps to remove pollutants and allergens from the deep fibers of your carpet, which helps those with allergies. Regular cleanings are especially good for those with pets or small children.
Q: Will you remove all stains?
A: Our technicians will attempt to remove all stains; however some stains can be problematic and may not be able to be completely removed. Problematic stains can include red spots such as red wine, ink, and brightly colored spots. Also, older pet urine stains can cause technicians difficulty while performing your cleaning services. It does depend how long the stains have been on your carpet. We have the best spotting agents available, so please inform the company when you call in if you have any tough stains so the technician is sure to have the proper spotting agents when he arrives. We will do our best to remove your stains.
